The Cheese Factory on Deerness Road taken before it was demolished for Housing.

The very last of the factory. The milk silos have already been removed in this picture. The cheese from the new factory definately does not taste the same as from the old factory.

Having been a cheesemaker at the creamery for 27 years the cheese that we are making is every bit as good, this is reflected in the success we have enjoyed at the many cheese shows we have entered since moving to new creamery at hatston.
