This is an original Thomas Kent photo. On the back is handwritten, "Sunset and Evening Calm".
Also, it is stamped "CARBON PHOTOGRAPH PERMANENT" and "THOS KENT PHOTOGRAPHIC PUBLISHER KIRKWALL". I assume that my father brought it when he came to Canada in 1927.
