Rovers Juveniles went across to Caithness and played a team in Thurso then played a team in Wick. All I can remember about the trip is that I spent all my money on the Galaxian machine in the youth hostel and that Muldoo got the ball in the face against the Wick team and his Granny ran across the pitch to make sure he was OK. I never let him forget that one!!

I spoke to muldoo the night and I don't think he is too keen on your tale about his granny, but it fair made my day, I wonder what her words would have been to the lad that tackled him

The granny incident, funnily enough, is the only thing I can remember about that trip as well!!

I remember I left my boots in Thurso and borrowed some I think it was Bruce Moar's and they were a bit big .
