Is this lady related to (wife of?) Mr Bracewell the salvageman who was working on the wreck of the Wanja? or is the name coincidental?

As this photo was among a batch belonging to my father, native of NE Burness, Sanday, where the Wanja wrecked, no it is not a coincidence. I am Brian Tulloch, son of the owner of the photo.

As far as I know, Bracewell was single and courting a Stronsay lass when he was lost. Perhaps the lady was a relation od his.

Is the date 1910 accurate? if so, I wonder did the Bracewells live in Sanday before the wreck?
This photo & the one of Stanley Forrest seem to suggest that your Father had quite a bit to do with salvage works... I remember there was a hawsepipe built into a stone shed at the back of Quivals (for a vent?) // Tris
