Does the shadow alang side o the copper luk like hees warean a hat?.....the copper seems tae be watchan very keen.

Looks like the shadow's wearing a bit of the trouser-leg of the guy in front, but that's not a statutory offence, so I doubt it's what the copper's watching so keenly Tommy.
