Yes, Aberdeen it is. (I don't know the city well enough to differentiate between Northfield, Mastrick, Lang Stracht etc.) I sometimes detoured slightly on my daily walk between the Red Cross Hostel and the ARI some 14 years ago to pass among the familiar names in this relatively modern development. One or two street names, such as Swannay and Ronaldsay, appearing among all the north isles names, suggest it wasn't a genuine Orcadian who chose the names. There are also some Shetland names.
