Hoy Head & Orcadia ca 1912?

From a small (3" wide) uncaptioned, undated snap in my possession - probably inherited. The vessels could perhaps be lying off Cava?

The thing that usually gives a clue to a photo's age - the garb of the people in it - doesn't work at this tiny scale.

Comments:
I would say that the vessel on the right is the "Countess Cadogan" owned by Captain Arcus.

In this pic Hoy Head has a white ring on her funnel but an open bridge. picture #25656 shows her without a white ring, and elsewhere it's said she got her enclosed bridge about 1925. These observations might limit the period in which this pic could have been taken - as long as anyone knows when the funnel-ring was added.

I won't dispute that Fred. Orcadia was just a guess.
