1930 (August) 4th from the left I think is Rita Hay and on the right end possibly George Donaldson. Per the school register other children who were at the school at that date include Adam Sinclair, John Foubister, Robert Harcus, Violet Linklater, Robert Voy, Peggy Laird, Margaret Miller, Kathleen Bichan, Elizabeth Harcus, John Eunson and James Scott. Can anyone help identify the group from this information?

Have never seen this photo Kathleen, but I think that my late mother in law Peggy Laird (later Mainland)is number eight from the left. This will be the Tankerness school and the family lived at Skeetquoy at that time.Peggy was born in 1918.

Rita Hay is 6th from the left (not 4th), 3rd from the right might be Adam Sinclair

Are you sure that Rita Hay is 6th from the left? The girl 4th from the left is much more like her.
I knew her very well right up till her passing a few years ago. Her daughter, Marion, and I have been close friends since school days.Rita was like a second Mum to me.

On further reflection, I may be wrong about which one is Rita Hay.
