Maitlands Pier I assume. I used to live at the top end, may moons ago.

I might be wrong but I think that is the slip just before you come to the brig just below the old smithy, not Maitlands pier which is near Maitlands place. Looking down Maitlands pier you would not see Wideford hill which I think you can see in the background.
