For comparison with Sandy Windwick's Victoria Lane picture #26036, these are the Manse Road houses which appear in the background, as viewed from Manse Lane in 2011? in Google Street View. The sash and case windows have been replaced but the overall shape and window spacings match the old image.

My old house with the light brown windows. I learned to ride my bike in Victoria Lane, such happy memories.
