Not sure about the date but I think that the numberplate was F568???. It was possibly driven by Dave Stevenson, now a driving instructor. I note that there is no "1" in front of the 8 in the 'phone number.

Got the phone thing a bit wrong. There is no 1 after the 0 in the area code, and no 87 before the 2130. Just hope that this would narrow down the date a bit.

I think that was Dave's machine - one of my earliest memories is of being taken a run up around the Heddle quarry by him when i was about 4 y.o.

F reg makes it about 1988 and I think the other letters would have been UBS.

i think the reg on this one was G682 RRS , the previous one was F568 VSC.
