Found during a recent clear out this certificate showa that I joined the Orkney Group of The Junior Division of the SSPCA in 1959. As far as I can remember I have always been "kind to all living things" including human beings!

I had one of these too. I remember copying and colouring the collie for a poster advertising a Coffee Morning we held in St Magnus Hall. I think it was displayed in Foulis, the butcher's window.
