Continuing the thread of arms and heraldry, here's a lapel-badge from an early Stromness Shopping Week. The oars in these Stromness longships vary in number; the ship here has 5, like the one in your recent post Steven; others sometimes have more. There's no coronet and no scales.
Don't know during what period these badges were available. Not available now, I take it?
