An owld bruiser in the middle, belt pulley on far side, and the upbraaks o' an owld seeder(wheel) in front- mibbe!

that's outside Newhouse. I remember old Charlie well and his sisters Mima and Charlotte well.

I agree with you John. The 'stand' in this pic and the bruiser in my #25907, while not identical, are very much alike. The larger wheel, too lightly built to be from a load-bearing device, puts me in mind of a hayrake, though I'm not sure about the hub, with its ribs that look more like fins than gear-teeth.
