My only claim to fame: I was baptised in St Magnus Catherdral by Dr T Crouther Gordon – WW1 pilot who flew seaplanes.
He wrote a book:
Early flying in Orkney: seaplanes in World War One
I have gone downhill a bit since that occasion – which I was not consulted about.
