This WW2 building was the Hatston Shop when Hatson was an housing estate after the war. At the time this photo was taken, 1995, it was a business manufacturing fibre glass products.

I mind going there for bubble gum before catching the bus to go school in infant school. I only bought the bubble gum because they had football cards in them.

I had a big collection of them and my teacher Mrs Learmonth confiscated the lot from me and I never got them back. It still upsets me now if I think too much about it!

WOW! I do beleive that's a Colt Sigma Estate lurking beside the Mk4 Escort, that must have been the last one around! See picture #23954 for the saloon version.
