Black Building model

This picture taken by an unknown photographer, is taken from the August 2009 edition of "Living Orkney Magazine", & shows The Black Building as a model - note the fantasic outer wall! Does anyone know who owns this & where it is now? Is it on public show anywhere? Who made it & what plans or photographs did they use to build this model? Any answers would be very much appreciated.
