Mystery place. Where is/was this array of wall-plaques, with OIC's in pole position (top left)?
Hand-held shot in a rather narrow space (now, there's a clue!) hence unsharpness.

It's actually a vestibule on board the cruise-ship Black Prince, since scrapped. I wonder what happened to all the plaques.
