In relation to the comments in picture #24170 (Party at Quoydandy).
This is Kirkwall Bay but with Comyn Vale to the right of the photo. This house was built for Doreen and Andy Buchan about 45 years ago. I think it now belongs to Mr & Mrs Tulloch.
