The old lifeboats werna, so fast as the anes noo, but what fine lines, does she no look the part?.
I believe she was a Barnett and was a 'Stromness Model', having had some of here requirements to suit the crew at Stromness. Please correct me on this matter if this is not true.
Hoy Sound must be the wildest piece o water around Orkney at times, and this old lady must have been able tae take it on in the hands o men who know that place so well.
