I have viewed this scene many many times a long time ago. During the war we lived at Binnaquoy, I walked home from school either past Flett & Sons or along the shore of the Ouse.

My picture is on the 4th row and 4th from the left with the screwed up face on the new photo of the Finstown School 1944, just posted on this site. Perhaps you will see some of relations, of course they may look a little older now.
