Date is estimated, and I am not sure if it was taken before a summer parade or hogmanay. Almost 30 years on, some of the guys are still playing and active members.

It's possible that it was Hogmanay, as it became traditional for them to have their photo taken then, usually in town hall, where I think this is. Some of the older members, including recently retired, have clocked up an astonishing number of years between them - think my dad (Dave Partner) played for nearly 40!
