Your comment is out of order, considering a 'sea cadet' was killed yesterday after falling from the rigging of a training ship!

Sadly, an unfortunate and no doubt misplaced comment not intended to cause offence. However, like the Sea Cadet who died on TS 'Royalist' these are probably well motivated young folk involved in an activity that boosts self-esteem and motivates them in team working for the good of society.
