Would it be Jackie Norquoy and Jake Swanson and who is the lady on the Lifeboat? Fred over to you.

It certainly looks like Jackie Norquoy, but I do not think that the older man is Jake Swanson, although I could be wrong. No idea who the lady is either.
Any idea what pier the lifeboat is at?. Apparently, before the war, the lifeboat used to go across to Stroma for a gala or something and they used to take a lot of passengers.
