All I know about this photo is that it has 'Dounby Postman' handwritten on the mount, and what looks like CAG 832 scrawled on the back. Someone will surely recognise the smart turn-out with the skewbald, or perhaps piebald, pony. At a guess, it's from the 1930s, and pretty clearly by a professional photographer.
