Noo, then, this like the photo submitted by Phil Brough shows how we need more marinas in Orkney, I think there are 19 boats here in Longhope on this occasion. The pier was built by the then Laird o Hoy in 1900 and apart fae a peedie bit o wark done by the Cooncil in 1963?ish and then the extention for the Lifeboat berth wae are still waitan fur the O.I.C. tae doo something tae improov whur berthing facilities in the Isles does anyane care, I dont think so!!, must stop, me blood pressure is "gaan" of the scale!!.
