Peter Drever, (shopowner of Drever & Boyes, Stromness) pictured with the Shopping Week Queen Theresa Swanney, attendants Melanie Lee & Norma Isbister, pageboys (I think) Julyan Stout & Bjorn Tait. Piture was taken outside his shop in Dundas Street. He retired in 1984, and closed the shop.

It was Lorna Isbister - I think her mum was Norma.

Yes, it wasn't the Norma Isbister who was at school wi me, from Twatt, who is in New Zealand now, anyway!

Lorna Isbister was in my class at school and I'm pretty sure it is her and not Norma. Lorna is married to Euan Penny of Lows of Orkney she just looks the same, but with short hair.
