Who bought the house?

Irene - Just noticed your comment of 27th December. Feastoon was purchased by a man who lived in Canada, but what his nationality was I don't know. He was allegedly a surgeon, but I believe it turned out he was a tree surgeon. He visited Stronsay a couple of times and was asked by the council to make the roof safe, but eventually, the Council had it removed as it was a danger to the public. Several people have shown an interest in buying the plot, but can't get past the chap's solicitor. The man also had something to do with a house in Rousay - Perhaps someone from Rousay can elaborate. I believe he lives in Aberdeenshire.
