Possible - L 208 Eda Frandsen

See page 9 of this week's Orkney Today and Craig Taylor's article on the former Brixham sailing trawler Leader. Its unique rigging clearly identifies her as such.

Naw, not the same ship as page 9 this one has a red main and a faded red or brown jib. Leaders are both white. This one has no mizzen mast or mizzen sail, Leader has both. The bulwarks on this one are varnished, LEADER has black bulwarks with a red rubbing strake and she's bigger.

Eda Frandsen it was then!
Both ships were in Orkney waters at the same time, the Eda Frandsen leaving Kirkwall on August 18 for a 13-night voyage around Orkney and Shetland.
