Postcard - Finstown from the air

Date is a wild guess. Perhaps some local historian could date it more accuratley? The card was not posted but there is a message on the back "This is Finstown from the air, Do you recognise any places?" Note the inked cross on the house in the bottem left. I would welcome any comments.

Comments:
Probably late 30s. The then new school is built. House with cross is Stenaquoy home of the Horries

Our house stands at the bottom of Heddle Road, and I believe it was built about 1926, so I think the date is nearers Ed's date than Ian's.

Stenaquoy was my grandparents home. Thomas and Isabella Horrie and their children Edith, James and Mary (my mother).
