This picture was found in the back of a picture frame bought in a charity shop in Stromness. The studio was in Canada, does anyone know those boys?

I'm not sure, but could be teacher exchange children from Quebec Canada, 1977-8? I didn't know them, but my sister and I were exchange kids from Canada to Stromness the year before and we heard there'd been another Canadian teacher exchange after ours, wish I knew for sure!
