Is it too mischievous to point out the delicious irony of Willie correcting another contributors spelling in an entry itself peppered with spelling mistakes and newly invented contractions ? Whit's that they say aboot gless hooses an stones bhouy ?

[So I take it that our anonymous commenter is suggesting that instead the Council should rely solely on its officials for everything and not take expert advice. I'll say two things:
1) How refreshing for the Council staff to get a pat on the back, and
2) If there is even a whiff of controversy about any comment, I'll expect people to put their names to it if it is going to have a chance of being approved.
