This is the early days of Scapa Crescent, and the makings of Lindsay's "mound" of earth are already appearing.(As previously mentioned in picture #11193)
Bet you never thought you would see that again Lindsay!!!

Thanks for posting these Peter. Certainly a blast from the past. Ref. the 'mound', the one I remember was the topsoil from the construction of the road at the rear of Kirklands Road. We moved to Summerdale Drive in 1977 prior to any of the houses being built here. Happy times indeed.
