I notice that the sponsor was Fran McLennan of OTE. I knew Fran in the 1990s when I lived on the islands for a few years, working with the Dept of Agriculture. My dealings with Fran mostly involving drink,sport and bruised shins - and I wondered how she is doing. Can anyone help?
