Picture taken on the way to North Ronaldsay on Friday, showing what is described on the map as the Little Sea. I fail to believe that is the local name, and await illumination.
The ayre at the top of the picture connects to Els Ness, home of the Quoyness chambered cairn which isn't at Quoy Ness. Truly Sanday has been badly served by the map makers.
