A Tom Kent picture, date unknown. Another picture which answers Cathleen's plea from picture #1300. When you see all this lovely snow and think of how little snow we have had for donkey's years you can't fail to believe in climate change.
It's true, the summers were longer and hotter, and the winters were longer and colder- it all ties in with the years seeming longer when I was younger as well...
