Thats at the car park below the ness battery stromness, the shed could bricked up after a man that lived in went off the head and attacked people with a steel bar.

That is the back-up engine room for Ness Battery. It contained a Lister Engine which generated 22kW, and would be used to power the searchlights which used to be on the shore near there if the main engine room at Ness Battery was out of action.
