Inside of the old Phoenix

Just over an year ago the Phoenix bit the dust. It's clearly the time of the year to demolish things. Any suggestions for what will be being knocked down in December 2006? My money is on Jewsons.

The building is stripped here, but still has a roof on it, so probably about October 2004.
