I think this maybe a Battalion Parade as I think it is Ewart Omand (sorry if I have spelt your name wrong) holding Battalion Colour and Bob Clouston holding the Queen's Colour outside the former East Church. Normal Colour Parties at Battalion Parades are provided by the Company Section based nearest the Parade so in this case it would normally have been the Kirkwall Company. The Officers listed were Officers in the Stromness Company.
