year could be possibly be 1937 or thereabouts, as my father had an Austin K2 lorry reg no:- BS 1873 which was first registered in 1938. He bought it in Aberdeen in late forties after the war and used it until the mid sixties.I well remember it as a loon, but sadly it went to the scrapyard many years ago.
