Alan sends in this view showing a busy marina, looking over it to the pier, and in the background the car wash of the Mills Filling Station and the big guest house, the name of which escapes me.
In fact it is the Polrudden Guest House, courtesy of the ever useful Orkney Business Directory and Access Guide. You can get them at the libraries and VAO, don't you know.

Actually the name of the house is Ayran - Polrudden is out of sight just to the left
