Was it a Pirate Lifeboat on the leading end of the towrope?

Anybody know what happened to this boat? Believe she doesn't run trips anymore...? Was she sold away? Thanks

The North Coast Explorer was lost on the west side of Stroma a few years back, the passengers and crew were rescued but she sank at the Gloup and was a total loss. A shame as she was a fine rib, enjoyed a couple of trips out on her.
