A Tom Kent picture, date unknown. This picture was added to complement picture #945 which shows Commercial Bank House (as it was then) scaffolded in the present day. Note the nice flat cobbled street, the lads in their bare feet, and the railings in front of Commercial Bank House. Most particularly note the absence of George Rendall's (now Leonards) on the right.
