Brandyman - I am almost sure that the full Cpl in your photograph is a lad called Peter Garrioch. Look at the picture that I submitted of Army Cadets in 1955. Peter is the cadet in the centre. I would say that this photograph was taken in the late fifties or early sixties. There is a lad standing behind the cadet that Peter has his hand on - I'm not sure but I think that cadet is a lad called Stuart Rosie. If my memory serves me right - Stuart enlisted in the Gordon Highlanders.

can't remember the names of two lads in centre of front row with white lanyards but standing between them in second row is Raymond Cooper
