Anitra II ready for launching

This is the Anitra II after being renovated by John Mowat along with my son Matthew .
John made a great job of doing up the boat, only one part of a board and a few parts of timbers needed replacing. It is a testimony to Wm Ritch of Fea Dearness who built her in 1953. What a pity that we dont have many people like William still doing such craftwork today, I doubt any one will be talking about a fiberglass boat in fifty years time.
