Town Hall is my guess. Was Alan flat on his back at a wedding when he took this?

The ceiling of Kirkwall Town Hall with one of the old copper chandeliers from the Cathedral? The stencilled paintwork was originally in the colours of the Burgh of Kirkwall, blue and gold, but I think that must have been considered too cold when the hall was refurbished in the 1980s.
