Primula Scotica - Rousay version!

THIS is a Primula Scotica - prolific at certain times of the year in a particular part of Rousay. A wee coin of the realm was included to show just how big [or little] this flower is. I have to add that certain colours do not register correctly even using the most expensive of digital cameras, which is why the flower's petals are somewhat 'redder' than they are in real life.
