The date I have given is an absolute shot in the dark and I have no idea when it was taken or why there is an arrow in the sky.

what, no telephone exchange. Nice to see it as it was before the GPO put up our 'lovely' new building.

Mibbe the arrow is a GPO planner saying "Lets build an eyesore of a telephone exchange right here in 1960's.That will test the council planning policy.I bet it will be in a conservation area soon after that"
