The Town Council sitting in the now Kirkwall Community Centre, 1960s perhaps. The right hand picture was taken in 1984 when the Town Hall was renovated to become the Community centre. The very same coat of arms still exists behind the plasterboard wall of the first floor toilets.
A chamber pot.
The happy lad on the right is Robson Moar.
