looks like the Findlater lasses Caroline and Elizabeth nearest camera, and Bobby Campbell with the yellow hat, and a Bruce boy with the bonny hat and bow tie

Looking at the balloons it might be something to do with Charles and Diana's wedding which would make it 1981.
